Changed your mind?

We are sure that you will be happy with your purchase, however if you change your mind then you can return unwanted items 14 days after purchase. Items must be unused and in their original condition, with all packaging, tags and labels intact.
Canopia does not accept the return of goods or cancellation of orders without giving prior consent. Under no circumstances will custom made products be returnable. Goods supplied shall be the customer’s risk immediately on delivery. Title to the goods shall be passed to the customer only when payment has been made in full. In case of non-payment, Canopia shall be entitled to repossess the goods and the costs will be for the customer’s account. In the case of returning an incorrect order (excluding custom made products) the customer will be liable for the shipping fees. Our Goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Returning a faulty or damaged product?

On occasion, we do experience faults with our items either during transit or manufacturing flaws. We please request that you inform us of this as soon as possible so we can help rectify the problem. We will likely ask you for either a photo or video of the problem so we can resolve this as quickly as possible for you.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Canopia handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 14 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. In case of Change of mind, client will pay for freight recovery and 20% restocking fee. Card payment fees are non-refundable, and we can only accept unopened goods in original packaging. Refunds will be processed promptly, and payment made by the same method that you made payment. In case of returning a faulty or damaged product, we will likely ask you for either a photo or video of the problem so we can resolve this as quick as possible for you. Our customer service team will assist you with resolving or collecting the item. All refunds are made at the discretion of Canopia.
