Shipping Policy

We are aiming to deliver all our goods as soon as we possibly can.
This is determined by the product you wish to buy, your postcode and couriers’ availability.
Once the order has been confirmed and paid for, the delivery time will be according to the postcode, customer service will be in contact with the customer to provide delivery times.
Delivery cost is included in the price shown on Canopia’s website.
The confirmation of the delivery day will be with the customer.
The customer must be present at receiving the shipment and sign the confirmation of receipt of the goods.
In the event that the customer is not present when the goods arrive, the goods will be left in a location deemed secure by the driver.
All delivery dates given are subject to stock availability and only estimated delivery dates – if your order is late we accept no responsibility for any incurred fees for labor, late fees occurred from your customer or any other legally binding arrangements third party to us. We strongly advise not to book builders or laborer’s on site until you have received your order and fully checked the order is correct.
Drivers may not be able to call you prior to delivery, so please ensure you enter the correct address, email address, and any required delivery instructions upon checkout to ensure a successful delivery.

You have the right to cancel your order for any items purchased from Canopia except bespoke cut orders that have been produced to your specifications. If you wish to cancel your order you need to email us within 7 days of you receiving your order and it is your responsibility to return the goods to us in the good condition.

Delivery Times
We Ship Australia wide Monday to Friday from various warehouses across Australia.
Please note, certain products will have longer delivery times, refer to table below.
Please note, the below time frames are approximate only – we cannot guarantee delivery time frames. Estimated Delivery time:
Metro VIC, NSW & ACT, central QLD, and SA: 1-2 business days, If interstate 5-10 Business days.
WA, NT, Northern QLD and TAS require a quote and all regional areas
